Dosage depends on AGE

Under 40 years old:
2 capsules 2 times per day for 60-90 days
Then 2 capsules a day for the rest of your life
Over 40 years of age:
2 capsules 2 times per day for 90 days to 6 months
Then 2 capsules a day for the rest of your life
Children under 10 years old:
2 capsules a day for 14-21 days
Then 1 capsule for the rest of your life
If you give children the Min-Col® Forté according to their weight and age, they will never have cavities in their teeth.
If you start a child young, their mineral reserves will not be depleted when you start, so that is why they only need 1 per day after initial dosage.

Min-Col®, which is short for mineral colloids is a phosphated colloidal mineral supplement that is extracted from soft-rock phosphate, which is the clay material washed away from the hard-rock phosphate during the mining process.
